1. Overview

Skintoria partners with verified Vendors across Nigeria to deliver clean, conscious beauty products directly to you. Because our Platform is a multi-vendor marketplace, shipping is fulfilled by individual Vendors. This policy outlines the general shipping standards that all Vendors on Skintoria must follow.

2. Shipping Locations

Skintoria currently ships to locations within Nigeria. Shipping availability to specific states or regions may vary by Vendor. At checkout, you will see the available shipping options for your location based on the Vendor(s) in your cart.

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional events. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary by location and Vendor logistics partner:

  1. Lagos (mainland and island): 1 to 3 business days.
  2. Other major cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano): 3 to 5 business days.
  3. Other states and regional areas: 5 to 10 business days.
  4. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  6. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the Vendor's logistics arrangements. Fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm


payment. Skintoria may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — these will be

communicated via the Platform or our newsletter.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order at any time using our Track Order tool at www.skintoria.com/track-order. For further assistance, you may also contact us via WhatsApp at +234 903 000 2516.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery:

• The courier may attempt redelivery on the next business day.

• If redelivery fails, the package may be returned to the Vendor.

• The customer may be responsible for additional redelivery charges.

• Skintoria is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information

provided at checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the Vendor and logistics partner to investigate and resolve the issue. Customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement in line with our Refund Policy.

9. Multiple Vendors in One Order

If your cart contains products from multiple Vendors, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each Vendor fulfills and ships their portion of your order independently. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

10. Packaging

Skintoria encourages all Vendors to use eco-friendly, minimal packaging in line with our clean beauty values. Vendors are responsible for ensuring products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
